Did you encountered these files already? some sound files on the net are encoded on Monkey Audio lossless sound format. I don't know if they sound better or worse than Flac.

why bother with monkey audio when you can have plain old OGG codec.

Monkey Audio is not so compatible with my Windows Media Player on windows xp. so i not use it anymore.

dude Monkey Audio works fine jusy like plain old Flac. maybe there is something wrong with your settings.

Monkey audio is just average performer for me. Not as good as FLAC.
